If you have purchased any Software I support all issues via Email - please provide the Email address that you used to purchase the Software and/or Purchase Order number when requesting support. Support issues for purchased Software are normally processed within 1-2 working days depending on my workload and Holiday status
I get a lot of Email, unfortunately, too many to respond to everybody for general enquiries anymore. Please do not contact me with Job offers, requests for training or ad-hoc requests that are unrelated to any of my work as I will not be able to respond to you!
